Recycling in Berlin

In Berlin it seems we can recycle just about anything. Our building has a number of recycling bins in the back for glass, paper, plastic, and compost. I feel so, I don't know, liberated from trash. It's a weird feeling knowing that I can recycle just about anything. Chris and I keep forgetting that we can recycle the plastic packaging our food comes in. I have to pull it out of the trash (which is gross) but I'm doing right by the planet. Hey, and all of it gets reused. Boy the folks over here got it right. This is one of the things I will miss when we go back to the US.
