Conferences for Logan Monday, Oct. 13th

Fall conferences are just around the corner. There will be no surprises we hope. Communication has gotten a little better with the teachers but we are still concerned about Logan and how he is doing. It was a tough start for Logan. He has 6 different teachers and none of them talk to each other. There is little communication with parents. At Linwood, Logan's school in MN, we received a parent letter every week telling us what was going on that week. The teachers talked to each other and created similar lesson plans. We are also concerned about the discipline. It appears that each teacher does their own thing which is a HUGE problem. Some teachers YELL at their students and are just plain condescending and mean. Both Chris and I have been witnesses to these events. None involving Logan but classmates. I'm just furious about it. Chris and I plan to discuss with the teachers next week. Keep your fingers crossed that all goes well and that I don't cause too much of a ruckus.
